Raw materials are primordial to our work as stone masons. A large part of our work depends entirely on the quality of the raw materials we use.
This is why at Sansone we take every care possible when sourcing our blocks of granite.
Sansone remains one of the only enterprises in the Hauts de France to work directly with granite, stone and marble blocks, each one weighing a number of tonnes, for the production of the finest finished items.
The Sansone technicians select only the finest blocks, carefully chosen for their colour and veining. We have our own supply sources, allowing us to remain in the closest possible contact with the quarry operators.
The Sansone Group also has an implantation in Chennai (previously known as Madras) in the Tamil Nadu state of Southern India. Tamil Nadu is known throughout the world for the quality of its black granite. We select the most aesthetically perfect blocks of black granite on site, selecting only those with such an intense black colouring that no further colour enhancement is necessary, something which is not possible with black Zimbabwe granite for example which has to be dyed artificially.
Our strict colour, quality and block-size requirements are such that we sometimes have to wait a number of months or even a year before we find exactly the blocks which meet our standards. Our sole objective is to constantly provide you with the exceptional and nothing else.
